1. Diseñar la propuesta de viaje
Háganos saber los detalles de su grupo, desde el número de personas, presupuesto, fechas, intereses, hasta las pequeñas pero importantes cosas como limitaciones o alergias. Cuanto más sepamos, mejor será nuestra propuesta. Deje en nuestras manos la planificación hasta el más mínimo detalle y disfrute del viaje con la tranquilidad de saber que todo está bajo control.
2. Comunicación constante y receptiva
Durante la planificación o mientras estés en el viaje, estamos dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda, aconsejarte o hacer las modificaciones que desees hasta que sea del agrado de todo el grupo. Son sus vacaciones y nos aseguraremos de que quede totalmente satisfecho.
3. Asistencia antes y durante el viaje
Nuestro equipo de operaciones se encargará de toda la gestión y logística necesarias para su viaje. Reservarán sus hoteles, vuelos nacionales, actividades y traslados por mar, tierra o aire. Ellos se encargarán de reconfirmar todos los servicios antes y durante el viaje, a medida que éste avanza, para que usted no se lleve sorpresas una vez en el destino.
4. Seguridad: control exhaustivo
You will be accompanied by specialized local guides throughout the trip who are in constant communication with us. We as your travel agent, together with the operations team, will be monitoring the status of the services daily and prepare to resolve any setback that may occur. It would not be the first time that we have had to claim a lost suitcase, or contact the travel insurance of the country of origin of a traveler when they need medical attention. You will have our 24-hour emergency telephone numbers in several languages and we will be happy to answer any questions during the trip and assist you in a personalized way.
