1. Designing the travel proposal
Let us know the details of your group, from the number of people, budget, dates, interests, to the small but important things such as limitations or allergies. The more we know, the better our proposal will be. Leave the planning to the smallest details to us, and enjoy the trip with the peace of mind knowing everything is under control.
2. Constant & responsive communication
During the planning or while you are on the trip, we are ready to answer any questions, advise you, or make modifications you want until it meets the liking of the whole group. It is your vacation and we will make sure that you are totally satisfied.
3. Assistance before and during the trip
Our operations team will take care of all the management and logistics necessary for your trip. They will book your hotels, domestic flights, activities, and transfers by sea, land, or air. They will be in charge of reconfirming all services before and during the trip as it progresses so that you do not have any surprises once you are at the destination.
4. Security: exhaustive control
You will be accompanied by specialized local guides throughout the trip who are in constant communication with us. We as your travel agent, together with the operations team, will be monitoring the status of the services daily and prepare to resolve any setback that may occur. It would not be the first time that we have had to claim a lost suitcase, or contact the travel insurance of the country of origin of a traveler when they need medical attention. You will have our 24-hour emergency telephone numbers in several languages and we will be happy to answer any questions during the trip and assist you in a personalized way.
